MEET THE APPLICANTS
Kendall Parker Ellis - Ever since she can remember Kendall's life has been about maintaining a perfect GPA, leading clubs she doesn't really care about and keeping up with her highly competitive sister, Blair. While she obediently follows these rules to please her parents, Kendall secretly wants to jump off the fast track and instead, spend the next several years discovering who she truly is.

Buck Jennings - As the nation's top high school football recruit, Buck's role as Canterford's Division One starting quarterback appears to be in the bag. And it better be... because little does he know, his entire future depends on that four year free ride.

Frederick Vanderhill IV - Frederick comes from a long line of Canterford graduates, beginning with his great-great grandfather Frederick Vanderhill I. 'Freddy' is under enormous family pressure to carry on the Canterford tradition. Unfortunately, his GPA is a 2.4, he ranks 62 out of 65 in his class and his one true ambition is to become the World's Greatest Gamer. While he is well aware that he is not 'Canterford material' he must figure out a way to avoid being the first in his family to 'break the Canterford streak'.

Taylor Ross - Taylor is a well-rounded suburban high school student. She is smart, friendly and involved in a plethora of activities. The only thing she has working against her is that she is "too normal." She is not ethnically diverse, she is not a legacy student, she is not poor, nor wealthy nor the star athlete. In fact Taylor becomes so concerned about her "All-Americaness" that she vows to make herself stand out if it's the last thing she does.
